The organizer of the 14th MotoSolutions Forum (Krakow, 20-21.11.2025) is AutomotiveSuppliers.pl Zborowska-Stęplewska, Orłowski spółka jawna, based in Warsaw, 14 Staniewicka Street, NIP 524-264-47-84.
Application for participation in the 14th MotoSolutions Forum (hereinafter: Forum) is made only by filling out the online form at www.motosolutions.pl.
The participant of the meeting declares that the data contained in the registration form are true.
A person making an application for participation in the Forum on behalf of a third party, by making such an application, confirms that he or she is authorized to make an application on behalf of that person and has his or her consent confirming such authorization.
Exhibitors will have time to prepare their booths from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on November 19, 2025.
Exhibitors shall take down their booths no later than 4 p.m. on November 21, 2025.It is prohibited to dismantle the booths before the end of the event.
During the time provided for the assembly and disassembly of stands within the rented space, Exhibitors may only carry out pre-arranged assembly work with adequate protection of the area. No work (carpentry, welding, electrical and painting, etc.) related to the preparation of the development is allowed without the consent of the Forum Organizer and the Hotel.
Development elements must not: exceed the allotted exhibition area, block in any way passageways, emergency exits and passageways, access to fire hydrants and firefighting equipment, and the approved height of development in certain areas.
In particular, it is forbidden to transport goods on pallet trucks throughout the Hotel, with the exception of certain passageways on level -2, which can only be indicated by a Hotel employee. Transport can only take place on carts with rubber wheels and the weight must not exceed 200 kg/m². Movement of goods between floors can only be done by cargo elevators.
It is forbidden to hang and stick booth elements, banners, advertisements and decorations to room structures (ceilings, ceilings, walls, railings, balustrades, glass, etc.) without written agreement with the Forum Organizer and the Hotel.
The Exhibitor shall be responsible for damages caused during stand setup and dismantling, as well as during the event on 20 and 21.11.2025, resulting from improper stand security.
Placement of non-standard items of equipment (e.g., large-size machinery and equipment) and items whose pressure exceeds 200 kg/1m2 requires the approval of the Forum Organizer.
The condition for participation is payment within 7 days of sending the application Payments should be made to the account: AutomotiveSuppliers.pl Zborowska-Stęplewska, Orłowski sp.j. mBank Banking Retail BRE Bank SA PL 61 1140 2004 0000 3102 5293 0305 with a note, Forum MotoSolutions 2025 and the name of the participant or participants.
The price for participation includes: participation in the Forum on November 20 and 21, 2025, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch on both days and a banquet on November 20, 2025.

Invoices for companies registered outside Poland will be issued with 23 percent VAT.
Free cancellation of Forum participation is possible no later than 21 days before the event. The cancellation must be sent in documentary form under pain of invalidity to the following email address: review@automotivesuppliers.pl
In case of cancellation after the above date, the participant will be charged the full amount of participation. Absence during the Forum is not the basis for a refund of participation or booth rental.
It is forbidden for participants and exhibitors to spread any materials of an advertising nature (leaflets, brochures, catalogs, information about other fair and conference events and etc.) on the area where the Forum is held, without the agreement of the Organizer.
Forum participants make their own reservations and payments for accommodation.
Participants bear full financial responsibility for damage and destruction done by them also on the premises of the hotel where the Forum is held.
The Forum Organizer is not responsible for the property and belongings of the participants that are damaged, lost, stolen or lost, as well as for damages caused by the Participants and caused by force majeure.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants of the Forum, among other things, in terms of their competitiveness with the Organizer, and in the event of a conflict of interest, to refuse to participate in the Forum or to limit it to passive participation in the event only. In particular, an entity organizing conferences and events in the same industry as the Organizer is considered a competitive entity.
The Forum organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and to cancel the MotoSolutions 2025 Forum.
The participant of the Forum declares that he/she is entitled to receive VAT invoices and agrees that the Organizer may issue an invoice without written confirmation of its receipt.
